I'm having some difficulty in getting zgv to work properly. It starts up OK, and seems to think that there aren't any problems, but the screen is garbled. The video card is an ET4000/W32i-based thing. svgalib stuff works just fine (including vimage, but of course it doesn't work from within emacs). I'm running Red Hat 3.0.3. Any ideas? Is it a known compatibility problem between the W32i and zgv? I've tried building it myself, but the resulting binary has the same problem (so it isn't a problem with the RH binary). Barring being able to get zgv working, can anyone recommend a reasonable graphics viewer that'll run from emacs? -- Matt McLeod System Administrator Hunter Network Association
