     Nitro Plus, a new idea from WCW braintrust that we 
reported on Frida=
y, is
now becoming more clear as to what it would entale. The 
service will be f=

DirecTV subscribers as of now. This will make it easier 
for the feed to b=
e
from a satellite dish.

     The service will be a pay-per-view basisi as the 
subscriber will hav=
e to
pay $4.95 to view this feature from WCW. Among the 
things you will be get=
ting
from this feature will be action during the commercial 
breaks so the fans=
 will
not miss any of the match as cable subscribers do 
during commercial break=
s.
Also backstage happening and interviews for the fans 
watching.

     WCW will hold these pay-per-view features every 
Monday following a p=
ay-
per-view. As for right now the very first "Nitro Plus" 
will be held on Mo=
nday,
April 20 which is the night after the WCW "Spring 
Stampede" PPV.

roughshod over in the 70's and 80's. Austin Idol, who

brutal, long standing feud with Jerry Lawler, has

Hales announced the
signing of the legendary grappler. Idol joins a roster

such stars as Sid and "Superstar" Bill Dundee.

Maivia tonight. Slaughter said if Austin did not

at Wrestlemania would be a non-title match. Austin said 
he could wrestle
Maivia to a 30 minute match or turn his lights off like

Austin.

Bearer said Kane =

powers. he ignited a light truss when a lightening bolt

a lightening bolt to the announcing table. Then, if 
that wasn't enough, a
lightening bolt hit the scaffold stand where a camera

<> Midnight Express and DOA wrestled to a no contest

interference. The teams fior the Wrestlemania battle

hell broke loose.

shopwing clips of last week's Raw when he defeated Owen 
Hart for the Euro=

title. Michaels then talks about his match with Austin.

waiting 8 years for this moment. Michaels says they are

been wrestling for 13 years and is at the top of the 
WWF. Michaels then a=

Tyson what he was gonna do to Austin. "Knock him the.. 
out," said Tyson. =

also says HBK will win at Wrestlemania.

Hogan/Nash with a b=

suspended above the ring in the first ever "Bat Match".

and Giant will wrestle to find out who the true giant 
is tonight on Nitro.
Piper, after accusing Hogan and Savage of being 
"ex-lovers", says he will
fight Randy Savage also tonight! Hysterical Piper 
interview -- he's alway=

made me laugh.

<> Tony announces that Sting will defend the World 
Title tonight against =

1 contender, Diamond Dallas Page because he is the U.S. 
champ.
