During evening hours there seem to be many periods of busy signals. I'm also 
in the same boat regarding the 28.8 modem. They just don't know how to support 
it effectively. My only other complaint is that they seem to have to reboot 
the servers far too often (2-3 times a week, usually during evening prime time)
