I certainly didn't want to sound mean-spirited and I _do_ apologize if
I sounded that way. The simple fact is that there _are_ established
protocols for setting up newgroups.

If it appears that balt.music _is_ a worthwhile addition, and it sounds
like it is, I will _personally_ create the appropriate control message
to add it. This is the way to go, so that the newgroup request goes
throughout the 'Net, and not just a few isolated ISPs.
