Best's name servers are responding with 130.94.234.156 for your domain. Best's name servers are still the ones listed in the whois database. Therefore whether connected to Best or another ISP you should be going to the right place, unless the ISP you are connecting to (and using their name servers) has your domain in their tables and is responding with bogus info, or has your DNS cached which usually takes a few days to clear up at most.
