Heres a question for all the college sites out there.  Do you charge any sort
of annual computer fees to your students?  The kind of fee I am talking about
is a sort of a campus wide computing fee to support the student labs.  If you
do have such a fee, how much is it, how large of a school are you (how many
students), how many computers do you have (in labs and otherwise), and are you
a public or private instutition?  Thanx in advance for your time and help.
