>Hello out there,
>
>A community radio program collective in Madison, WI is putting together a six
>part series on GATT and its implications for third world countries, with an
>emphasis on South Asia. Each part will consist of a 15-20 minute feature
>including interviews with academics and activists involved with this issue, as
>well as analysis of the GATT agreement itself.
>
>We will be critically examining the GATT issue in terms of its effect on the
>environment, intellectual property rights, labor rights, industrial growth,
>poverty, etc.
>
>The series is being produced by a volunteer collective which works on a weekly
>South Asia public affairs program called *Chingari* on Madison's community
>radio station, WORT.
>
>If your community radio station, or organization would like to get copies of
>the series, and/or more information, please contact me either by email or
>phone.
>
>Hope to hear from community radio folks involved with third world programming!
>
>Bye for now.
