For those of you who are new to physhare and listserv, the computer program which operates physhare, called listserv, allocates disk space to place files for sharing. Text files, application specific files (such as a spreadsheet file), and programs can be accessed by sending commands to the listserv programs. If you have full internet access, you can retrieve type of file from physhare. If you are accessing via a restricted system (I understand Va. PEN is a menu system) you can only retrieve text files. We have placed a collection of sample and resource files on the listserv disk for sharing. To look at the filelist, send e-mail to listserv@psuvm. In the body of the message type GET PHYSHARE FILELIST. The info will be sent to you via e-mail. If you have full internet access you can send GET PHYSHARE FILELIST through interactive messaging. Physhare was originally developed to promote the kind of sharing and colaborati on mentioned in the last postings. If anyone on the list would like to try to get something going, please contact me. Dave Popp
