Jim Clauson has graciously agreed to take over moderating this list. Jim
is well-versed in TQM and has been a subscriber to this list for a long
time. Jim will be well-known to many of you from his writings in the
monthly ASQ "Quality Progress" magazine, his longtime directorship of the
Quality Training Programs at the Center for Quality & Innovation at Roane
State Community College in Harriman TN or from his equally long-term
involvement and participation with the ASQ Middle Tennessee chapter

I thank Jim for his willingness to help out, and I ask the rest of you
subscribers to this list to continue to be as gracious to him as you have
been to me.
