Thank remy for your reply. Actually what I was trying to do is to make a
white list for my bho project, which will allow popup windows from certain
sites, so that is why I thought of capturing the URL of the newly created
windows under the DISPID_NEWWINDOW2 event.

Anyway I will try implementing the same idea under the
DISPID_BEFORENAVIGATE2 event.
