SystemParametersInfo(SPI_SETACTIVEWINDOWTRACKING, 0, PVOID(TRUE), SPIF_SENDCHANGE);
SystemParametersInfo(SPI_SETACTIVEWNDTRKTIMEOUT, 0, PVOID(1000), SPIF_SENDCHANGE);
PostMessage(HWND_BROADCAST, WM_SETTINGCHANGE, NULL, NULL);
