Hi,
In Windows 2000/XP Professional I am looking to create a local user on a 
local machine and then add that user (and that domain level user) to 
administrators, and then give them user full access to the disk.  While 
I can find the functions for manipulating ACLs, I cannot find the 
functions to actually create a user (or perhaps trustee would be a 
better word to use).  In the windows SDK I see the BuildTrusteeWith... 
functions but cannot find the CreateTrustee functions.  How do I create 
a local user on a machine?
