The only piece of my own code associated with libraries is contained in a 
file that defines new components (which I've reinstalled using bcb2007). 
That package has the following 'Requires' list

bdertl.bpi
dbrtl.bpi
rtl.bpi
vcl.bpi
vcldb.bpi

Anyone know if any of them use STLPMTI.LIB? Although, if they do, I can't 
understand why I was able to install the components in the first place.
