   Please help us pass this bill,without HR 31,Citizens are victimized,not by
robbers and murderers,but also by a legal system that cares more about a
criminals rights than law-abiding citizens who,routinely,are being charged for
defending themselfs with a firearm.It's time for Criminals to fear the Law not
the good citizens of our communitys.

   This is a bill to preserve the rights of citizens to defend there Family and
there homes with any weapon the choose,(CSDA) citizens self defense act,This
needs the attention of your representative ASAP.
