Chad:

According to the California Department of Justice, there are about 10,000
people who reigstered their generic named assault rifle with the state as
now required under law. This is out of an estimated 200,000 firearms alleged
to be in the state. Therefore if we make an assumption, that each
registration had two such weapons on the registration form, then only 1/10
th of the alleged evil firearms have been registered. Therefore we can
conclude this law is very unpopular and cannot be enforced.

This will certainly give the Democratic Party agenda framers something to
think about.
