If I remember correctly this cookware is actually very high quality 
stuff sold from high-pressure, in-home demos.  The problem is that you're 
paying 3-4X per item over what comparable stainless-clad copper cookware costs 
in a gourmet store, and they're also trying to sell you a package with
many more items than you really need. 

I think their package runs $1-2K.  For $3-400 you could probably get a 
stainless-clad copper set with frying pan, 2 sauce-pans, large casserole and
lids at Williams-Sonoma.  That would be more than enough for the average
cook to make a big step upward.
