Paul, P.E. > Dam Engineer and Proud of It! Me, i'm just a simple electrician with a B.A. in ergonomics. Had to defer my education and when I fannly finished found that I could do better as an electrician, too old to start over I guess. Almost became a civil engineer but regained mu sanity in time. Anywy your use of "elitest" is meant to demean as you well know. I do not know what nerve you have hit, just using your own logic. How about the flat water users as you call them, are they not "elitist's?" Anyway you did not answer my question about the P.C.T. prefering instead to practice amateur psychology. Also, what do you mean by "elitist" and I do not see anyone saying that they are demanding exclusive rights to rivers, whitewater etc.. Since you can not tell us what dams you have worked on I guess that we can assume that they were for clients such as the Boswells and the Chandlers. I am sure that if you had worked on dams such as Shasta and Claire Engle you would have been happy to let us know. Yes you are right, I do not trust the A.C.E. to follow the letter of the law. The corps is known for their skullduggery and subterfuge. When it comes to politics the corps makes the Nat. Demo. Party look like choir boys. Any what is this nerve you are supposed to have hit? I was only using your logic, let us pave the P.C.T. and get rid of the "elitest's."
