He is one of those lame brains who thinks that he can win an argument by discrediting the knowledge of others rather than providing information himself. Bait and switch is a type of fraud with numerous variations. The most common is to offer a special deal on something but when the customer gets there he finds that the item is substandard and ends up having to get something more expensive. For instance, a carpeting company might offer an extraordinarily cheap price on carpeting. When prospective customers come in to get it they find that the stuff offered at that prices is totally unacceptable, so they try to sell them something better, and more expensive. In the case of Sympaticao, they offered *unlimied access* to the Internet at a set monthly rate. After a while, they decided to increase the cost (at a time when most other providers are dropping their prices). That in itself is not bait and switch. That happens when they start putting caps on transfers. It is no longer the *unlimited* access that it was originally presented as.
