Some things the INS will be looking for include: (1) that your salary is paid to you by your Canadian company (2) a university degree (3) a contract in the U.S. With these things you should be able to show up at the border and obtain a T1 visa and move right through. In my experience having the ISP is also an asset when crossing the border. There is a book out written by a Canadian lawyer that is worth reviewing in preparation for trips like this. But sorry I do not have the name handy. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck. Andrew P. >I am an independent systems consultant and a Canadian citizen.
