More of this shit's going to happen given that HiCap will no longer dispatch to tag an improperly or untagged line even for commercial customers. Their inventory system is not capable of tracking which pair at a given site a given circuit was deployed to, so it's all based off of the physical tagging at the netpop. So, my techs get to babysit their techs and put loops up on our end while AT&T walks through twenty fuckin' pairs trying to find which one I actually need them to be working on. At any rate, good job stealing service. I'm sure the other party will call their provider, get a dispatch, oh, eight days from now, knock your friends out of service and y'all can enjoy this dance for a bit. Won't get fixed for good until someone with a brain puts two and two together and realizes there's supposed to be two separate runs of service to that building, but as each call will be independent of the other and they don't cross-reference shit, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to happen. -- smr
