When U-verse came out in my area suddenly my voice-only line went to crap. Static. Lots of it. When it rained the phone was not usuable. Gave in and called. Guy shows up on a saturday and he gets it better but not as it should be. He has to drive away somewhere.. comes back... plays some more.. drives out again... comes back... I was thinking at the time why don't they have the wires labeled? > At any rate, good job stealing service. Sounds like what happens to someone I know... phone has lots of static they call, it's fixed... months later static again... there's a problem under the street AT&T doesn't want to fix so they probably just switch the current complainer off the bad line.
