During my 2 years in Arlington I decided people there not only don't have a clue, they don't even suspect anything....:) and other than the TCI guy that ran the cable, TCI people don't either. I had to tell the tech how to set it up on NT, but to his credit he didn't complain about NT being installed. The Charter installer just ran the cable and left the modem after I told him I could set it up. I wasn't even home when he he ran the cable, my wife let him in. I talked to him on the phone after he got there and he said he would leave an extra long length of cable "since I was probaly gonna network the computers"..I have enjoyed my Charter experience so far....there's a million stories in the naked city.....and this is only one of them "Ronald P.
