Newtek shown about a year ago beta version of remote control software
for Windows that let's you remotely network and control an Amiga/Toaster
from the PC under Windows.. I think they were showing this at a show and
giving out bottles of Windex and the same time..

You can make an Amiga/Toaster IBM compatible by adding a Vortex 486
bridgeboard to it.. This is a PC coprocessor, that will work on a
separate screen or Window. You can even swap between the toaster
switcher and this screen and they will MULTI-PROCESS (work together
  concurrently..

Commodore themselves offer a 386sx bridgeboard which will run this
  way also...

So, IBM compatibility can be an ADD on for the stand-alone toaster
  itself as well..
