Parsing PS Comments - Examples wanted

Does anyone have any example of PS file parsing of comments? Or know of where
I could find some examples? (Preferably in C).
 
I'm going to be including EPS files in a document, and I'm not completely
clear on the finer points of the DSC's.  I'd love to see how
others are handing this.
