I want to combine text and clip-art (no freehand stuff) on a PC.
What is the easiest/most simple way of doing this?

(Sorry if this is not an appropriate message for this group. If so,
 what is a better one?  Also, my PC is a 286 with 1MB RAM, probably
 going to 2MB soon).
