G'day !

I have a feeling this may be a faq, but I haven't seen a faq list, so here
goes:

I have just started with Cadence's Verilog-XL, and the least I can say about
the reference manual is that it is far from being helpful. I would like to
know from the Verilog experts out there what books (reference, and users
guide, introductory and advanced stuff) can be recommended. Full information
would be very welcome, so that I may order the books asap, and get going.

Thanks in advance
