Funny you should ask. I'm desperately seeking IEEE spec. 1149.1
 JTAG Boundary Scan Testability Specification Version 2

I'm sure I've seen an IEEE FTP site somewhere but can't remeber where.
But I might be imagining things.
Can anyone out there help?
