I'm not sure if it is your intent to suggest here that installing 3.12 instead 
of 4.1 is somehow unprofessional or slipshod.  Believe it or not, there *are* 
some good reasons for choosing 3.12 over 4.1 in certain cases -- particularly 
where training is concerned.
