Somehow (!) I managed to make an error in ArcWeb 0.24's !Run file which always
causes the opposite effect to that desired.

To prevent people having to edit !ArcWeb.!Run to make it work with KA9Q, I've
attempted to autodetect for module called FreeNet or Internet and set a system
variable indicating their presence or absence.  Unfortunately, this test is
performed back to front and the result is always wrong :-(

The solution is to find the three lines in !ArcWeb.!Run that say:

Set ArcWeb$UsingKA9Q yes
RmEnsure FreeNet 0.00 Unset ArcWeb$UsingKA9Q
RmEnsure Internet 0.00 Unset ArcWeb$UsingKA9Q

and replace them with

Unset ArcWeb$UsingKA9Q
RMEnsure Internet 0.00 Set ArcWeb$UsingKA9Q yes


This will solve the problem, as FreeNet comes with a dummy module called
Internet.
