     Hi,

Any problems that are reported with OASIS2 or ICE that are not machine
specific will be posted into the news groups so that everybody can find out
about them. I will include the version number and program name I am refering
to with each comment.

                         ---------------------

OASIS 2.00

Anybody Experiencing the 'File #' Error while creating news articles
can cure the problem by turning OFF Post Local in the Preferences dialog. I
have fixed the problem and will be releasing a new version later in the
week.

The manual states that when convwerting News from version 1.00, that
all files from the OASIS\SPOOL\NEWS\NEWSBASE to the OASIS2\NEWS\NEWSBASE
folder, the files should actually be copied to the OASIS2\NEWS\ARTICLES
folder.

                         ---------------------

ICE 1.00

If you select to send news only while loginh on, ICE will still
download news and then post the new news items. This bug has been fixed and
a new version will be releaed later in the week.

                         ---------------------

     Sorry for the inconvinece.
