DECwrite question about style files

I am using DECwrite 2.0 on a decstation 5000/20. I want to put my own created styles and style files into the Style File to Use option box. Today I have to choose the "Other..:" option, and then get my own style files to appear. Instead of getting the menu with the list General .... Example....Private1 ...etc, I want only my own styles to appear in the popup menu, i.e. letter, report, etc. How do I do this, I have not found anything in the documentation.
