Hi netters,
I'm about to purchase a SCSI-controller for my microVax II and therefore
I'd like to know if someone has experience in adding non-dec SCSI-devices
on that bus then. I know most hd-drives will work, but what about scanners?
Will the SCSI-scanners work with the ImageScan-software from DEC ?
And what about CD-roms exept SONY CDU541=RRD42 ?
Btw. what prices/sources would you give for such an adapter. I'm currently
evaluating EMULEX with about $300.- but what about others.
Don't forget, this system is at my home and rather cheap then costly.
Next DEC-question: What FAX-modems are usable with what software?
Thank you for help.
