How many people here can recite all the video resolutions and refresh rates,
hard disk size, etc to six different lines of pc's? not including notebooks!
I think the Best Buys here in Houston may be above average in sales
knowledge but I really don't expect any ONE saleperson to recite ALL the
system details of a particular machine or peripheal....
Now ComputerCity on the other hand, clueless, totally clueless :) ask about
a PC and you may be shown a Personal Couch cushion....
