Best Buy used to be excellent for having the latest computer products in their computer dept and
for their help and eagerness to help locate a product.
Now, as of the last 6 months, Best Buy has turned into the most rudest people in the computer
departments, hiring cheese eating snot nosed geeks who are very rude and uncaring.
All Best Buys in my area (Dallas/Ft. Worth) has horrible, rude, jerks working in the computer departments
at Best Buy.
They sound tired, fed up and don't want to a lift a finger to help locate a product at other Best Buys
if the specific Best Buys I visit or call don't have something in the store.
BoyCott Best Buy.
Let them know that we are the customer and they cannot be rude to us and expect our business.
