🚀 go-pugleaf

I need some advise/recommendations.  I am considering the purchase of an
external SCSI 1080 meg (after formatting) drive, Fujitsu model M2694 from
Direct Connections in Minnesota (1-800-572-4305).  The price is $755 plus
$13 for an external 6 foot SCSI cable and shipping.  The drive has a five
year warranty.

Can anyone recommend for or against the drive or the company?  I have never
used a Fujitsu before and never have bought from Direct Connections either.

They indicate they will replace unit if it fails in the first 30 days and I
could return it for full refund during same time period if for any reason I
am unhappy with it.  They indicate it is new with factory warranty. Has anyone
dealt with a warranty on a Fujitsu drive?

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.  I plan to order Monday
morning unless some negative comments surface regarding drive or company.

Anyone used this company before?  They have some bargains in "The Processor",
a computer newspaper, but they are only bargains if they work as expected.
