In article <1992Jul20.134331.19354@hellgate.utah.edu> kruckenb%peruvian.utah.edu@cs.utah.edu (Joseph Kruckenberg) writes: >July's issue of Computer Shopper had an article about the local bus >architecture that has cropped up recently as a proprietary standard. >The article said that VESA would be defining a standard in "early >July." Does anyone know if a standard has been defined yet, and if >so, if any of the current proprietary busses are compatible with it? >How soon can we expect to see standard local bus motherboards, or does >someone have them already? > >Thanks. >Pete. >
