Being that I work for a mail order company, I've heard many really bad
stories about Apple Australia. Yours is just one of many. This leads
me to believe that Apple Australia just plain sucks!
Call 408 996 1010 and demand to speak to Gil Amelio's office. Believe
it or not, you'll get the secretary who will pass on the message. Gil
is a customer first kind of guy and will make sure these problems get
solved.
