I had to replace the door, the upper case half, the lowe case half and the mouse button three times until the new plastic came in. I had absolutley no problems with my dealer who was most helpful. Go back to your original purchaser and speak to the manager. If they still give problems tell them that unless they fix it you will be making a formal complaint about their lack of service to Apple Australia. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Chris Thompson clt@extro.ucc.su.oz.au Department of Anaesthesia voice +61 2 515 8564 Royal Prince Alfred Hospital fax +61 2 519 2455 Camperdown Sydney Australia 2050 Australasian Anaesthesia on WWW: http://www.usyd.edu.au/su/anaes/anaes.html ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
