Hi there :

We have found that IP Multicasting is not supported on the NeXT, in  
either NeXTStep 2.1 or 3.0. We at ISI find this  deficiency affects 
our ability to use NeXTs for packet audio and video. We would like
to find out whether others are similarly affected.

Please let us know (and forward where applicable):

  1. Are you you limited because NeXT does not support IP  
     Multicasting ?

  2. Has the non availibilty of this feature excluded you from IETF 
     audiocast participation?
