Instructors & faculty: please pass this on to your classes

The department is paying two undergraduates and two graduate students
to provide general question & answer help for students. The Q&A covers
aspects of the computer science labs and general questions about homework.

We've also added software to maintain a "frequently asked questions" list.
This list is supposed to provide a way for the Lab TAs and your TAs to
post "frequently asked questions" about a number of topics. The list is
broken into different topics and is fully searchable. You can see the
website at

		http://faq.cs.colorado.edu

That site also contains contact information for the Lab TAs, including
photographs, phone numbers and email addresses.

We can add any class TA to the "administrators" for the FAQ mechanism,
and we can also add new topics to the course list. If you have new topics
you want added or you want your TA trained in using the FAQ system,
have them contact Deepak Shankar (you can find his email on the Lab TA page)
