I don't remember if it was me or not.  There are two restaurants in 
EC that I would recommend.  One is called Cacao Lane, and it is on
Main Street on your right as you enter EC from the east (across the
river.)  The other is called Side Streets (I recommend this one more)
and it is back in an alley.

To get to Side Streets, you come in Main Street across the river, and
stop at the traffic light there.  Once through the traffic light, there
is an alley that goes off the road to your left.  Side Streets is up
there.  (Unfortunately, you can't park in the alley.)  Happy dining!
