That's not what I meant. I meant that people in this area are not only
rude in parking in the left lane (which doesn't get me that agitated),
but also particularly rude in not letting someone who needs to move one
way or another to get to an exit change lanes. I've been over in VA
(where I don't go very often), and seen a sign informing me of left hand
exit and been completely unable to move over to the left to get to the
exit because no one would let me move unless I forced my way in front of
them in an aggressive manner.

Why am I rude because I stay on the right? I don't understand this
comment. Or were you referring to me?

I generally only drive in the right-hand-most lane. I might move to the
lane next to the right one if I see people attempting to merge into my
lane if there are more than 2 lanes in my direction.

I have only once paced someone at 10 miles per hour over the speed limit
in order to keep them from passing, and in that case I was the person in
the right hand lane, and the person keeping back the impatient driver
who wanted to go 15 mph over the speed limit was someone else.
