On Stedwick and Watkins Mill Roads in Gaithersburg, they raised the limit by 10 mph. Montgomery County Police said that they don't bother to patrol those roads anymore because they don't nail anyone anymore. They also raised the speed limits from 15 to 25 on several neighborhood streets in that area. Guess what? I used to always speed on those roads.
