Yeah, Displacement is always king under 500hp or so. 

I don't think that force inductions on pushrod V8s are better than,
say a 6cyl Toyota Supra. Those guys push it to 18lbs average and I've
heard as high as 22lbs.

This is like in the 470hp range.
