I have found 2 here: 

Homes Oil Gas station. Although it has no brush, it's only a buck per 
cycle and the guys don't care if you use your own bucket ( I hate those 
brushes! ). It's just north of the UM/College PArk campus on Rt.1 (west 
side of road).

Briggs Chaney Auto Park. Although I live right around the corner, I will 
not go there again. I was nearly assaulted there by an employee when I 
questioned their reason for not letting people (me) use their own cloth and 
bucket when _no one_ is waiting in line. Couldn't give me an answer, 
just some beligerent cro-magnon drivel ("if you don't like it..."). Not 
even a sign that says so, sheesh. Besides the fact that the cycles seem 
awful short for the money (was $1.50). Okay, enough whinin'. It's at Rt. 
29 and Briggs Chaney auto park at the end of the auto park circle (1 way).
