Read the error more carefully; it looks like Beartooth's machine
(presumably automatically) requested X forwarding but the remote
machine was configured not to allow it.

Only if the remote machine had viewers installed in the first place,
which seems somewhat doubtful under the circumstances.

At any rate, there's always the old-fashioned way:

1. On your machine, run

        xauth list $DISPLAY

to determine the "magic cookie" programs need to connect to your X
   server.

2. Figure out your machine's current IP address. With Verizon DSL, I
believe "ifconfig ppp0" will give this to you.

3. Point Radix at your machine's X server by setting the environment
variable DISPLAY to "w.x.y.z:0" (substituting your IP address for
w.x.y.z, of course). The way to do this depends on what shell you
use there, but it is likely that either

        setenv DISPLAY w.x.y.z:0
   or
        DISPLAY=w.x.y.z.:0 export DISPLAY

   will work.

4. Give Radix the magic cookie you got from step 1:

        xauth add $DISPLAY . xxxxxxxxx

(You'll probably want to use cut-and-paste here.)
