Does anyone out there use one of these things?

I could do with some help, or an email address for thier support.

It works fine on most of our pc's, but not on mine which is an AcerPower466dv
On mine it didn't work at all until we installed a separate parrallel port
card, now it nearly works but always comes up part way through the backup with
Unusable sector detected.
or No Tape Drive detected.

Can anyone help???
