Question: Do the non-Baltimore areas being serviced or expanded into get
28.8 or are they too being told "something" about 28.8 connections.

Baltimore can't get 28.8 except on the 605 number (which still gets 28.8
by the way). Is it only Baltimore that's stuck with these slicks? How
about Tappanhonek (whatever) or NY or Phil or NJ? Do they get 28.8? Or
are they in the same boat we're in.

I was disappointed to read (or to get the impression) that the fix for
Baltimore was to change the literature. OK, so you won't get nailed for
false advertising in the future. But where does that leave us?
