Occasionally, I am not able to read an article because the *Articles*
window doesnt let me move to the line of an article - it jumps right
past it as if it were not there.  But I can trick it by first reading
all the other articles, quiting the group, and then reentering the
group.  Has anyone else seen this behavior?  I can send the details of
my configuration to anyone interested.

Here are the header lines of one such article:

  Newsgroups: comp.lang.objective-c,news.answers
  From: shirley@fdr.uucp (Bill Shirley [CSC])
  Subject: Objective-C  Classes/Libraries Available - FAQ
  Followup-To: comp.lang.objective-c
  Summary: A listing of Objective-C Class Libraries freely available,
          bundled with other packages, or purchasable from 3rd parties.
  Supersedes: <objc-classes_721077644@fdr.jsc.nasa.edu>
  Organization: nasa-jsc
  Date: Sun, 13 Dec 1992 09:00:49 GMT

The problem is the []'s. Change the regexp in
gnus-Subject-search-subject from

	 (format "^%s[ \t]+\\([0-9]+\\):.\\[[^]\r\n]*\\][ \t]+%"
to
	 (format "^%s[ \t]+\\([0-9]+\\):..*\\][ \t]+%s"
