Thank you for your wonderful compiler. We find to be the best we've
used. We can finally throw out Metaware!

One suggetion for improvement: standard UNIX always uses the .o
extension for object filenames. This is hardcoded into gcc.c in about
eight places. For our port we were forced to modify gcc.c in order to
produce .obj. I suggest adding a macro although I'm not usre how to do
this correctly since the descriptor are in a string.
